The Crest finds its home in Burswood

When first embarking on their $100 million dollar project, the El & El Group knew one thing would set them apart from the competition…location.

When searching for the perfect home for their 22-storey, mixed-use development, named Crest Development, the El and El group wanted an area which would match their dynamic and diverse future buyers, as well as present them with the support and assistance of the local government. They found both in Burswood.

Burswood, is a bustling Town of Victoria Park suburb. Nestled on the edge of the State’s capital city and the Swan River, Burswood is fast becoming the entertainment and hospitality capital of WA. Already home to a racecourse, the Crown casino and hotel complex, Optus Stadium, and a generous splattering of restaurants, cafes, bars and breweries, it was the obvious choice for the Crest Project.

El ad El Group CEO, Leroy Lee said of the choice of location:

“The Burswood area has always held its values as a premium location and The Crest’s proximity to the train station, stadium and city cements its position as an enviable address.”

Leory Lee, CEO El and El Group.
