The Edward Millen heritage precinct is located at 15 Hillview Terrace East Victoria Park, close to the renowned Albany Highway café strip and in close proximity to the Perth CBD, Curtin University and three newly-committed METRONET stations.
New allowable uses are ready to activate and create Perth’s newest heritage destination. Uses of the precinct can include, but are not limited to; community, entertainment and recreation, educational, civic, heritage, cultural and creative and/or small-scale production purposes.
The Town has completed a full expression of interest process and is finalising all the preparatory elements to formalise the agreement endorsed in May 2021 by Town of Victoria Park. The project has a mixture of private, local government, State and Federal funding, with Blackoak Capital Ventures the preferred future tenant for a lease of the site.
The site will become a precinct with sophisticated dining and entertainment opportunities in a heritage setting similar to other iconic developments such as the successful State Treasury precinct in the CBD.
